Finalizing on the codes and program, preparation of the presentation slides and running final tests on the game to check for stability.

Came up with a last minute decision of adding another marker in the middle of the game board to show with an animated 3D arrow(Turn Indicator) to point at the team to show that it is his/her turn to play.

Started designing the marker image and also create the 3D model of the arrow and animate it.

- Printing of the Game Design Document and Art Style Guide is underway;

- Designing of the game board is done and tested at the lab front desk with controlled lighting. Able to run perfectly and view from the projector.

- Some small bugs appeared, for example the shooting could not work and  some VRML models suddenly changed to other different models when the card is being move, for testing.

More debugging is done to solve the above problems.

Most of the bugs have been solved; more intensive tests are being performed to test for more bugs. Certain documents have been completed and checked for spelling errors and left out parts. Printing will be started within this 2 days and not left to the last day to print out the entire bulk of documentation.

There have been last minute problems with the final printed card being detected due to lighting problems. We reprinted the same marker design on normal matte printing paper to reduce the reflection of light.

We continue on performing extensive testing for the coding and models.

Due to the problems of the models orientation again, we had to rotate them according to what we see on screen. It is because in 3D Studio Max, all spaceships are already oriented to face forward, but once converted to VRML, there were some unseen changes.

Game start and game end feature is being added in, conditions are applied where when the fortress is destroyed the other team wins and the games come to a stop.

Documents are almost done with touching up of small areas weekly. For example, the time line and design aspects for the models and game area.

Previous problems were solved, able to view all models simultaneously. Documentation is underway and updated frequently. Finalized the card’s front and back design, website is being set up.

Using glut to draw specific circles for different spaceships to indicate the range limit of each spaceships.

- Some features were not working when codings are incorporated together;

- Some of these features affected the visual of the 3d models

The previous problems were solved and we tried incorporating enhance images for the 3D models such as glowing effect. ARToolkit could not render out the glowing effect and it had to be void off.

Health bar has been successfully incorporated and working fine.

Problems encountered:

- Some VRML models could not be shown when trying to display all 8 markers simultaneously;

- Attacking animation is shown but no damage is taken;

- Controlling environment lightning is very difficult
